Flow + Restore

This class blends the energy of movement with the grounding power of stillness. The first 30 minutes focus on a dynamic flow practice—linking breath with mindful movement to build heat, release tension, and awaken strength and flexibility.

After moving through flowing sequences, the pace shifts into 45 minutes of restorative yoga, where props support the body in gentle, long-held postures. This deep rest practice allows the nervous system to unwind, encouraging relaxation, balance, and renewal.
