Signature Flow

In this hot vinyasa-style class, you'll follow a clear, familiar rhythm: centering with breath and intention, warming the spine, building heat through traditional Sun Salutations, progressing into balance and strength-focused sequences, and closing with grounding stretches, then deep rest in savasana.

This set sequence lets you build familiarity with the postures and refine your alignment. We update the sequence quarterly to give you opportunities to challenge yourself and deepen your practice.

Beginners are welcome, though familiarity with common postures may be helpful.

The studio is heated between 90-95 degrees, tailored to the season.

Dynamic Flow

In this hot, vinyasa-style class, you'll be guided through a new sequence each session. You'll begin with grounding and breathwork, warm up the body, move through Sun Salutations and then flow through a thoughtfully crafted sequence designed to build your strength and mobility. After cooling down, you'll rest in savasana.

Some prior yoga experience is recommended. Familiarity with common postures and transitions will help you feel confident navigating the pace and moments of exploration.

Mindful Flow

This warm, slow-paced vinyasa class invites you to move with awareness and precision. You’ll flow mindfully through postures that strengthen and open the body while cultivating calm and focus. Balance strength with ease as you feel into the depth of the pose, holding postures for several breaths. By taking time to refine your alignment, you'll build awareness and a deeper connection with yourself.

The studio is kept at a warm, comfortable temperature for Mindful Flow.

Flow + Restore

This class blends the energy of movement with the grounding power of stillness. The first 30 minutes focus on a dynamic flow practice—linking breath with mindful movement to build heat, release tension, and awaken strength and flexibility.

After moving through flowing sequences, the pace shifts into 30 minutes of restorative yoga, where props support the body in gentle, long-held postures. This deep rest practice allows the nervous system to unwind, encouraging relaxation, balance, and renewal.

Yin + Sound

Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia of the body. You'll hold postures for several minutes at a time, allowing the muscles to relax so that gravity and the breath can gently open the body. While you rest in each pose, sound bowls are played to create calming vibrations that support relaxation, enhance mindfulness, and help quiet the nervous system.

This practice helps increase flexibility, improve circulation, and create space in both body and mind. Together, the extended stretches and healing sounds invite deep release in both body and mind, leaving you feeling spacious, grounded, and renewed.

The studio is kept at a comfortable, natural temperature during Yin.

Youth Yoga Private Class

Jennifer Iverson, child and teen therapist, guides mindful movement and breath work during one-on-one private sessions for kids aged 10 to 18 years old.

As a child and teen therapist and a certified children's yoga instructor, Jennifer believes that healing takes place in both the mind and the body. Offering individual and small group yoga sessions to kid and teen clients allows Jennifer to guide these clients through mindful movement and breath work, helping them build their coping skills and a more positive relationship with themselves.

Group Yoga Class for Kids & Teens
