Signature Hot Flow

Blackbird’s Signature Flow offers a consistent, thoughtfully designed structure that blends familiarity with variety. Each class follows a clear rhythm: centering with breath and intention, warming up the spine, building energy through traditional Sun Salutations, exploring balance and progressive sequences, and finishing with grounding stretches and deep rest in savasana. The structure stays the same each time, so you can track your growth and fully immerse in teh practice, while teachers add variety through pose choices, music and personal style.

Beginners are welcome, though familiarity with common postures may be helpful.

The studio is heated between 95 and 105 degrees, tailored to the season.

Yin

Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia of the body. Postures are held for several minutes at a time, allowing the muscles to relax so that gravity and the breath can gently open the body. This practice helps increase flexibility, improve circulation, and create space in both body and mind. Yin offers a quiet, grounding balance to the intensity of more active practices, leaving you feeling calm, centered, and restored.

The studio is kept at a comfortable, natural temperature during Yin.
