Group Yoga Class for Kids & Teens

Jennifer Iverson, child and teen therapist, guides groups of kids and teens through breath work and mindful movement. She customizes each session or series to the group's goals, including body awareness, body positivity, regulation and coping skills.

As a child and teen therapist and a certified children's yoga instructor, Jennifer believes that healing takes place in both the mind and the body. Offering individual and small group yoga sessions to kid and teen clients allows Jennifer to guide these clients through mindful movement and breath work, helping them build their coping skills and a more positive relationship with themselves.
