Signature Flow (Hot)

Signature Flow (Hot) follows a set vinyasa sequence—breath and intention, spinal warm-up, Sun Salutations, balance and strength work, and closing with grounding stretches and savasana. The consistent structure helps you build familiarity and refine alignment, with the sequence refreshed quarterly to keep your practice evolving. Beginners welcome. Studio heated to 95°F.
