Our Team
Lauren Milford
“I want each one of my students to feel seen and heard. I love helping people get into their bodies in the present moment.”
In Lauren’s classes, you’ll have opportunities to challenge or modify postures based on what you need that day, and encouragement to follow your intuition rather than ego. You can also expect a killer playlist.
As the founder of Blackbird Yoga, she looks forward to welcoming every person into the space.
Lindsay Newton
“When the flow isn’t predictable, the mind can’t wander.
When the transitions require attention, awareness sharpens.
When strength builds gradually, confidence follows.”
Lindsay has been practicing yoga for more than 2 decades — it is something that keeps her grounded, especially when life swirls at such a fast pace. In Lindsay’s classes, students are offered supportive, purposeful flows that get you out of your head and into your body, building strength, awareness, and balance, on and off the mat.
Sammy Spiegel
“Poses are going to look different on everyone’s bodies, and there’s more than one way to look doing yoga.”
Sammy teaches Signature Flow and Sculpt classes and provides physical therapy in the Haven studio. She also works with individual yoga clients looking to improve their mobility and functional strength.
Bek Lokey
“As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” – Marianne Williamson
Rooted in YogaHour’s focus on safety and adaptability, Bek crafts a yoga journey that allows students to explore their practice at their own pace.
For her, teaching yoga is about creating space for transformation, helping students find peace one breath at a time.
Katie LeGrand
“Let go of your thoughts, tap into your breath and body.”
As a RYT-200 instructor, CrossFit Trainer, and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Katie loves creating space for those looking to cultivate their well-being in mind, body, and soul on the mat and off.
Expect steady movement, intentional pauses, and grounding cues that help you reconnect to your body and leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more centered.
Brooke Younger
Brooke guides Signature Flow classes. As a longtime CrossFit trainer, she enjoys helping people of all levels find ease and effort in class.
“Let your body guide you differently every time you practice.”
Kelly Murawski
“My goal for you is to leave class feeling grounded, empowered, and more connected to your body — both on the mat and beyond it.”
Kelly creates an inclusive and welcoming environment where students feel safe to modify and grow at their own pace. Her teaching blends strength and flexibility to support resilient, functional movement for daily life.
Drew Harris
Drew loves helping people feel strong, capable, and connected to their bodies in every kind of movement. Her goal is to create a space where you can push yourself, modify when needed, and leave feeling accomplished rather than depleted.
She’s passionate about making fitness feel empowering and approachable, and she loves meeting people exactly where they are in their journey while helping them grow stronger along the way.
Michelle Moran
Michelle’s yoga journey began in 1996 and what started as a physical practice became a lifelong anchor of peace, strength and resilience.
A teacher since 2014, she loves guiding students of all abilities to an understanding of how wise and capable they are through thoughtful alignment and a deep connection to breath, enabling them to tap into their strength on and off the mat.
She believes a yoga practice can serve as a powerful path to overall health for the body, mind and spirit.
Jennifer Ice
“My goal is for my students to leave feeling a little bit lighter and more relaxed than before they took my class.”
Jennifer has been teaching yoga since 2014 and specializes in restorative yoga and gentle yoga. She loves to make yoga accessible to people of all backgrounds, levels of yoga, and all bodies.
“My intention is to provide a fun, energetic and welcoming experience for all my students. Hugs always welcome.”
Jennifer guides individual and group yoga classes for kids and teens.
As a child and teen therapist and a certified children’s yoga instructor, Jennifer believes that healing takes place in both the mind and the body.
